Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our photograph return policy lasts (7) calendar days from when you receive the item. If you are not happy with the photograph you received, you may return within that (7) day time period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be returned in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card and you will receive a credit made to the original amount within the number of days specified on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at winterland78@sfvisuals.com for information about how to proceed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
